Continuous Improvements

The Company operates a continuous improvement programme entitled “Building Business”. The aim of the programme is to improve the Company’s efficiency and ultimately enhance the clients’ service experience.

Programme Objectives

• To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business in chosen areas and to be able to pass on the benefits of those improvements to clients
• To improve the standard of customer service
• To improve quality standards in construction, maintenance, refurbishment and other operational areas of our work
• To encourage our staff to contribute, suggest changes, improvements and use innovation to improve the business
• To set targets and measure performance against those targets

In order to achieve the above objectives the Company utilises the energy, knowledge and experience of staff in analysing core tasks, researching solutions and quantifying practical recommendations to management.
