The company encourages and promotes personal growth of all apprentices and to emphasis this it operates an Apprentice of the Year Award. The award is presented to the apprentice who the company considers to have strived to achieve excellence within his craft.

Apprentice of the Year 2006

Philip John Adshead - apprentice Plumber.
Philip John Adshead joined the company in August 2003  as an apprentice Plumber.  Philip has gained valuable  experience on a  of variety of sites and is a first class tradesman.

Apprentice of the Year 2005

Paul Greenhalgh - Apprentice Painter & Decorator
Commenced with the Company in August 2002 gaining valuable site experience before completing his painting course at Bolton College. He was a winner of their Apprentice of the year in 2004. Paul completed his NVQ 3 in 2005 and is becoming a first class tradesman.

Apprentice of the Year 2004

Shane Farnworth - Apprentice Plumber
Shane commenced with the Company in August 2000. As with all Plumbers, Shane's Apprenticeship took 4 years to complete NVQ3 due to their extra qualification via Gas Certification. He did his training at Bolton College passing all his exams with flying colours in July 2004.

Apprentice of the Year 2003

Gary Whiteside - Apprentice Joiner
Gary commence with the Company in August 2000, he gained valuable site experience until September of the same year when he commenced his Joinery course at College.

Gary has achieved NVQ Level 3 and is due to complete his apprenticeship in March 2004

Apprentice of the Year 2002

Michael Wright - Apprentice Painter & Decorator
Michael commenced with the Company in August 2001 after completing the first year of his training as a full time Painting & Decorating student at Salford College where he achieved his NVQ Levels 1 and 2 within 18 months. During his time with the Company.

Michael has successfully completed his NVQ Level 3 which he undertook on a day release basis and is due to complete his apprenticeship in March 2004.

Apprentice of the Year 2001

Paul Gilluley - Apprentice Bricklayer
Paul commenced with the Company in August 1998, he gained valuable site experience until September of the same year when he commenced his Bricklaying course at Bolton College.

Paul achieved NVQ Level 3 during his studies at college and successfully completed his apprenticeship in March 2002.

Apprentice of the Year 2000

Steven Gray - Apprentice Plumber
Steven commenced with the Company in July 1997 and gained general site experience until September 1997 when he commenced his Plumbing & Heating course at Salford College.

Steven studied on a day release and block release basis at college achieving NVQ Level three. Steven successfully completed his apprenticeship in July 2001.
