Respect, Equality & Diversity Policy
The aim of our company is to ensure:

- Our employees are encouraged to develop to their full potential irrespective of their race, gender, marital status, age, disability, religious belief, political opinion or sexual orientation.
Seddon's policy on respect, equality and diversity is equally applicable to the Directors, Managers and all staff.
Seddon also aims to ensure that sub-contractors and consultants working for the Company adhere to the spirit and practice of the policy.
A range of actions, included in our Respect Equality and Diversity strategy, will implement this policy.
The principles of these documents will apply to all policies within the organisation, including all it's employment and contractual policies.
The Respect, Equality and Diversity Group (made up of staff from all levels in the organisation) will review the policy, and the associated strategy annually. This Group will then report to the Management Team on the application of the policy and the implementation of the strategy.
