On a personal note, I am Jonathan Seddon, Managing Director of Seddon Construction Limited, I am one of the fourth generation of the Seddon family who own and manage the companies within Seddon Group.
Seddon offers the same high standard of personal service on which its reputation was originally founded.
Seddon Construction Ltd. is a family owned and managed Construction Services Company operating across mainland UK.
The Company is led by 3rd and 4th generations of the Seddon family, Stuart Seddon our Chairman and Jonathan Seddon our Managing Director.
The Vision and Values of the business and it's structure, specialist teams focused on the customer, have led to the Company operating within 49 formal partnering frameworks and maintaining many longstanding relationships in a number of sectors.
Our turnover is over £154M with both public sector and private sector customers. We employ over 800 people including professionals, crafts-people, technical staff, and over 70 trainees and apprentices.
We have the expertise to assist customers through the whole life of their project from feasibility, site acquisition, planning, construction and long term maintenance.
We believe that the longevity of the Company, established in 1897, provides financial strength and gives customers certainty in delivery of their projects.
We are proud of the investment we make in our people, our communities and our environment. We provide sustainable employment from the communities in which we work demonstrated by four generations of the Holland and Keeley families who have work for the company.
Our Community Projects Manager co-ordinates and links our role in supporting local needs ‘beyond bricks and motor’ and our two recycling centres demonstrate our commitment to the environment, where up to 88% of construction waste is diverted from land fill each year.
